We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Tech to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in technology management, capable of driving innovation and excellence in our technical operations.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the technology department, including software development, infrastructure, and IT operations.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive technological innovation and achieve business objectives.

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and priorities.

• Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.

🟣 Skills you need

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong background in dashboard design focusing on UI/UX best practices.

• Ability to translate complex data and functionalities into user-friendly interfaces.

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development and software architecture.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.

• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures.

• Strong knowledge of API integrations and scalable backends.

• Proven track record of success in a technology leadership role, preferably within the fintech industry.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technology frameworks, and best practices.

• Experience managing and leading diverse teams, with a focus on talent development and retention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluency English is a must
