Own strategic enterprise accounts across North America, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. Develop account strategies, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, drive upselling and cross-selling, forecast revenue, monitor account health and profitability, and resolve complex issues with cross-functional teams. Gather customer feedback for product development, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior account managers.

Leads technical account management across Latin America, serving as the senior technical contact for strategic customers. Owns complex integration escalations, technical strategy, onboarding standards, account health, and incident management. Leads and mentors TAMs while partnering with Engineering, Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Finance. Provides integration guidance, translates customer insights into roadmap improvements, monitors delivery milestones, and supports account retention and regional growth.

Own strategic European partnerships with acquirers, banks, alternative payment providers, and fraud vendors. Generate qualified pipeline through referrals, co-selling, joint marketing, and account-based campaigns; sell Yuno’s payment orchestration services directly to partners; negotiate commercial agreements and revenue-share models; expand partnerships; manage QBRs and account plans; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to convert opportunities into revenue.

Own and grow a portfolio of North American payments partners, including acquirers, banks, alternative payment methods, and fraud solution providers. Manage relationships, negotiate agreements, drive co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives, generate partner-sourced pipeline, and convert commercial opportunities. Coordinate partner integrations and onboarding with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Technical teams. Track partner health and KPIs, provide market intelligence, and lead QBRs, summits, and enablement activities.

Provides technical support for a global payment platform by monitoring critical workflows, responding to incidents, assisting with API and connectivity issues, analyzing logs, reproducing bugs, and supporting backend teams. The role also standardizes operational processes, improves monitoring and workflows, manages shift handovers, and contributes to basic backend development activities.

Owns the reliability, performance, availability, and scalability of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB production systems. Responsibilities include backup and disaster recovery, replication, high availability, deployments, migrations, schema changes, monitoring, performance tuning, security, access control, data governance, documentation, on-call support, and mentoring. The role collaborates with Engineering on scalable data architectures and requires fluent English and Spanish communication across distributed time zones.

Provide first-line technical support and regional NOC coverage for APAC merchants and payment providers. Investigate payment failures, alerts, logs, traces, API responses, webhooks, and provider issues; communicate in Mandarin and English; document incidents; escalate confirmed bugs; advise on configurations; maintain handoffs, runbooks, and macros; and identify recurring issues for operational improvements. The role includes rotating on-call coverage and weekend availability.

Build and scale MLOps infrastructure that moves machine learning models from development to production. Responsibilities include model serving, automated training and deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, rollback mechanisms, streaming feature pipelines, and agentic workflow integration. The role requires collaboration with data science, platform, and product teams to deliver reliable, observable, low-latency ML systems.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile payment experiences, from discovery through delivery. Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to identify customer needs, define metrics, conduct research and testing, create production-ready designs, and ensure implementation quality. Contribute to Yuno’s scalable design system while supporting launches across global markets and payment features.

Provides commercial legal support to EMEA commercial, partnerships, and operations teams. Responsibilities include negotiating merchant, partner, and vendor agreements; advising on payments regulation and GDPR; supporting regional entities; and guiding market expansion, new products, and strategic partnerships. The role requires practical risk advice, collaboration across global teams and time zones, and experience in payments, fintech, or technology.

Identify, research, engage, and qualify prospective financial services clients through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and digital channels. Present Yuno’s payment infrastructure value proposition, address objections, maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market and competitor trends, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve targeting and messaging.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for risk, fraud, scam prevention, money operations, reconciliations, and chargebacks. Build resilient, low-latency, event-driven financial systems with auditable ledgers, strong correctness, and high availability. Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, support production ownership, and collaborate with Product, Data/ML, Compliance, and engineering leaders. Apply AI-assisted tooling and deliver scalable, compliant services across global payment infrastructure.

Lead the architecture and production delivery of AI agents and intelligence systems for payments. Build reliable, low-latency LLM applications with tool use, orchestration, memory, RAG, multilingual conversations, evaluation, observability, and safety guardrails. Develop merchant intelligence and AI operations automation, mentor engineers, establish technical direction, and collaborate across Product, Data Science, and engineering teams in a compliance-sensitive global environment.

Lead and unify Marketing, SDR, Sales Enablement, and RevOps into a single scalable GTM system. Drive positioning, demand generation, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, enablement, comp design, and GTM architecture across regions to produce predictable, compounding revenue for a technical B2B payments platform.

Own and grow a strategic LATAM partner portfolio (acquirers, APMs, banks, fraud vendors). Drive integrations, negotiate commercial terms, enable onboarding, run joint GTM initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to convert partner-driven pipeline and measure partnership KPIs. Focus on Brazilian payments market (Pix, ABECS).
