Your Purpose
The Head of Tax is a very visible role within the company, and will be responsible for overseeing global tax operations, formulating global tax structures and conducting holistic tax analysis in collaboration with cross functional areas such as Legal, Finance and Product.

Who You Are
- 12-15 years of professional experience in Tax related roles.
- Advanced English level.
- MS Office.
- Tax Accountant Degree or similar academic background.
- Strategic and global mindset, as well as a strong business acumen.
- Strong expertise of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to learn and understand international regulations.
- Ability to assess the tax implications of transactions and product offerings across regions.
- Fast learner and strong communicator/collaborator.
- Transfer pricing knowledge/experience.
- Mission driven and a high sense of urgency.
What You Will Do
- Formulate the global tax structure for the group, which has several entities across 9 countries, and conduct holistic tax analysis, contemplating tax, accounting and legal considerations.
- Define the tax structure of new products and projects, while collaborating across different departments and stakeholders.
- Ensure the company complies with all local, national, and international tax laws and regulations.
- Create global tax strategies and make recommendations about the operational implications associated with the local/national/international tax regulation change.
- Develop and maintain tax policies to ensure tax-efficient structures are constantly in place.
- Support tax audit and/or ad hoc project as needed
- Lead, develop, and coach staff member(s)
