As Global Head of Talent Growth & Performance, you will shape a connected talent ecosystem spanning performance, executive succession, careers, mobility and early-career talent - strengthening leadership pipelines and building the capabilities Ericsson needs for the future.
Working across a global, matrixed organization, you will partner with senior business leaders and People colleagues to solve critical talent challenges and turn enterprise strategy into practical solutions that deliver business impact.
Leading a small, high-performing team, you will balance enterprise thinking with hands-on delivery - setting direction, building momentum and making things happen.
What you will do:
- Shape and evolve Ericsson's enterprise approach to performance, talent growth, careers, mobility and succession, connecting them to strengthen talent and leadership pipelines.
- Partner with business and People leaders to turn talent challenges into solutions that strengthen organizational capability.
- Strengthen executive readiness and succession building a stronger and more diverse leadership pipeline.
- Drive targeted internal mobility and career flow, accelerating top talent and building future capability.
- Increase the impact of early-career talent by strengthening visibility of potential and leadership commitment to early talent pipelines.
- Use data and insight to identify talent risks, capability gaps and growth opportunities, turning insight into action.
- Bring together the best thinking from within Ericsson and beyond, creating alignment and momentum around key talent priorities.

- Proven experience leading enterprise talent agendas in large, global and matrixed organizations, including shaping talent strategies and influencing senior leaders.
- Broad experience across the talent ecosystem, including performance, executive succession, careers, mobility and talent development, combined with the ability to connect the dots and translate complexity into practical solutions.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders and create momentum around key priorities.
- A track record of balancing enterprise strategy with hands-on execution, turning ideas into tangible business impact.
