Head of Supply Chain – Nordics & Benelux

The Head of Supply Chain – Nordics & Benelux will ensure seamless end-to-end product availability across the region, overseeing demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and customer service.
This is a strategic yet hands-on position, requiring a professional who thrives in dynamic environments, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and General Management teams. The role plays a key part in enabling business continuity, optimizing operations, and driving regional collaboration.
You will lead a small team and act as a key link between regional operations and the local markets, ensuring the right products are available at the right time and cost, in full alignment with Galderma’s operational excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across Nordics & Benelux, ensuring product availability, accurate demand forecasting, smooth logistics execution, and effective customer service processes.
Collaborate closely with local General Managers and business units to anticipate market needs, resolve supply issues proactively, and support customer service operations.Manage and negotiate contracts with logistics providers, ensuring optimal service levels and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within demand and supply planning processes.
Supervise and develop a small team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols.
Support business growth and market readiness for new product launches through strong supply coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain within FMCG, Pharma, or Consumer Health, covering demand/supply planning, logistics, and contract management.
Strong analytical, data-driven, and hands-on approach; comfortable operating with limited automation.
Proven leadership experience, managing small teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across markets.
Skilled in ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and influencing skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
