Steer enterprise portfolio governance and strategic prioritization, enabling transparent, evidence-based prioritization and resource allocation across the enterprise portfolio, including structured evaluations of strategic growth opportunities beyond mergers and acquisitions
Lead the annual strategic planning cycle and Executive Board governance cadence to ensure the timely delivery of strategy reviews, offsites, and decision-ready materials
Challenge assumptions and foster cross-functional strategic alignment to enable coherent, fact-based decisions across stakeholders while strengthening collaboration and decision quality
Conduct early-stage strategic assessments of growth opportunities, including partnerships and new business ideas, to support Executive Board discussions and decision-making
Support the Executive Board with focused ad hoc strategic analyses that enhance transparency and strengthen enterprise-level decision-making on priority topics
Translate strategic priorities into structured initiative charters with clear milestones, ownership, and visibility of risks and actions while coordinating resolution of cross-functional dependencies and implementation risks, to support effective execution
Maintain the enterprise strategic architecture, including frameworks, templates, and standards, ensuring consistent application of high-quality strategic methodologies across functions
What Will Convince Us
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field; an MBA is required
Strong track record and several years of experience in corporate strategy, top-tier consulting, portfolio governance, strategic opportunity assessment, or related areas
Demonstrate strong analytical synthesis capabilities and structured problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively at Executive Board level
Exhibit a proven track record of constructively challenging assumptions while aligning senior stakeholders around strategic priorities
Apply an outstanding ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions without formal authority
Possess experience managing enterprise planning cycles, strategic governance processes, and prioritization frameworks
Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics
