The Role

Velocity Global's Head of Strategic Partner GTM - Americas will be focused on identifying and integrating GTM partnerships into our field organization. We are looking for a track record in growing field engagement across multiple partner types, while driving value through customer acquisition/expansion revenue. In this leadership role, you will develop partner relationships and lead the multiple field-facing work streams of partner identification, seller engagement and partner enablement in addition to mutual account planning activities.

You will report to the Global VP of Partnerships with a dotted line to Sales Leadership.

This role is Remote - US position

You Will:

  • Lead the GTM - Americas Team, shaping role structures and creating guides to establish clarity for your direct reports.
  • Oversee a quota related to Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced revenue.
  • Assess and onboard ideal partner types to serve the regions of responsibility, tying into ideal partners to service the local GTM strategy.
  • Build the partner plan to support achieving Partner Sourced and Influenced Revenue, in consideration of Sales Leadership growth goals.
  • Nurture strategic partner to seller relationships and support the AE team in developing a field Co-Sell motion, identifying high value activities to support our joint sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Global VP on creative ways to grow GTM -Americas through programs and incentives, field engagement, and partner development activities.
  • Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers through partnerships.
  • Work with internal Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to use partnership opportunities.
  • Data-driven leadership. Report on the performance of GTM partnership programs and use feedback to refine and improve strategy.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, with experience integrating partnerships as a strategic GTM lever and following revenue goals.
  • Experience building teams and optimizing a function through change.
  • In-depth understanding of the advisory and consultancy landscape.
  • Experience in HR Tech SaaS, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
