NVIDIA Public Sector seeks a Strategic Contracts Lead to enter our leadership circle. You will act as the key connection between our Public Sector mission and Legal, shifting compliance from a hurdle into a strategic opportunity. In this position, you will establish the policies that protect the company and drive growth, guaranteeing our corporate structure underpins U.S. technological leadership.

Hybrid/DC area preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Enterprise-Wide Alignment: Serve as the central "hub" for USG contract leads. This role empowers teams with a unified strategy, ensuring a consistent "NVIDIA Public Sector voice" in government negotiations.

  • GovCon SME: Bring deep expertise in FAR/DFARS and a history of effectively navigating the "parent/child" subsidiary dynamic within a global corporation.

  • M&A Strategy & Integration: Lead the GovCon strategy for acquisitions to ensure newly acquired entities are coordinated seamlessly—managing novations and structural transitions so there is zero disruption to the mission!

  • Closing Compliance Gaps: Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers, Partner with peers in HR, IT, and Finance to ensure the corporate "house" is audit-ready and structured to support the most fast-paced government requirements!

What We Need to See:

  • 15+ years in government contracting.

  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA or other relevant field. NVIDIA values diverse perspectives and equivalent experience.

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance or the ability to acquire and maintain one is required.

  • The Versatile Negotiator: Expertly leads negotiations with government and channel partners for high-tech products and services. Consistent track record with FAR and non-FAR agreements (OTAs, MoUs, and EULAs).

  • The Structural Expert: Deep experience operating within a parent/subsidiary structure to maintain commercial agility.

  • The Strategic Partner: Excellence in partnering with Legal to advance the business while minimizing multidimensional regulatory risks.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 216,000 USD - 345,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
