About this opportunity:
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Service Delivery - ensure Network Rollout (NRO) service delivery strategy and execution
  • Resource Management within Market Area Service Line Build for all NRO & Project Management resources, with following key objectives:
    • Handle all resource management for all NRO & Project Management resources. This includes all resources type: FTE, ARP, ASP T&M and SDU resources to fulfil business demand
    • Increased sharing of resources & competence.
    • Optimize resource efficiency and right size our organization timely.
  • Secure and deploy the requirement of resources for Build Management viz. Implementation Manager , Quality and OHS leads, Ware house and Logistics leads , ASP leads as per the forecast within each CU through Global Service centers / ASP partners
  • Responsible to driving NRO Automation & Lead action on Digital transformation - Network Deployment Project Business flow Establish Smart Digital Project Management Method and connected digital landscape to manage complexity, shorter lead time, with efficiency to drive successful project.
  • Drive Competence Management - Provide training and drive knowledge transfer
  • Conduct Resource Management - Maintain and achieve resource utilization and availability as per CU Requirements
  • Look after unit finance within your group
  • To secure project deliverable is in track and undertaking as one business Fulfillment assignment toward customer deliverable and internally as well.
  • Support, deployment programs and common structures .Identify and execute improvements within the global service delivery organization (SAGND / Service Line Build) / Create Project, Methods, and tool for all contracts- Streamline & Automate. Recognition and development for all key roles working on a project.
  • Manage Financial Performance Management for all key projects.
  • Define and execute strategic improvement programs (critical projects, cost of poor quality, savings)
  • Drive Internal/external PMO Governances
  • CPM competence development, assessment/certification, secure employee satisfaction, mentor & coach CPM team members to build up a strong cohesive team
  • Analyze and adopt CPM offshore portfolios & methods per business needs
  • Actively promote Project Management as a service per MA/CU business priorities
  • Build Governance & Manage NRO Operation & Financial Performance Management for all key projects.

  • Achieve Project on scope, time, cost. Acceptance = On Air. Focus on Order to Cash.
  • Achieve Fixed to Variable Resource target in Each CU
  • Achieve the ratio of sites delivered under agreed delivery models (FTK / ASP )
  • Accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within operations between the CU - India - Utilization
  • NRO Strategy and financial planning
    • Manage Full Potential Program for NRO
    • Manage OHS, Security & Anticorruption and secure "Target-Zero" initiative
    • Secure operational and productivity outcome and KPIs

The skills you bring:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor or master's degree in Telecoms or Business administration
  • 15+ years of experience of the Telecoms industry and 5+in NRO business aspects and 5+ years in leading CPM office and extensive network deployments
  • Strong validated experience to maintain trust with all stakeholders, good understanding of Ericsson customer project management processes, and project financials
  • Strong competence on Ericsson portfolio with strong competence of NRO technology and solutions being a plus.
  • Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and CUs)
  • Customer facing, Presentation and Communication skills
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
  • Eye for business and Financial Understanding
  • Excellent in managing MA/CU level governance
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and dynamics
  • Business insights & commercial thinking
