- Provide overall leadership and direction for the school.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
- Oversee administrative functions, including budget management, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
- Define and communicate the educational vision and mission of the school.
- Develop strategic plans and goals for academic and extracurricular programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement curriculum improvements and innovations.
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

- Oversee student discipline and behavior management.

- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and potential partners.
- Handle crises or unexpected situations, such as emergencies or conflicts, in a calm and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in curricular development and school management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum and instruction Toddlers 1 – Grade 12 and the ability to manage the academic life of the school on a daily basis.
- Command of IB, AP, and/or traditional American curriculum is a must.
- Experience abroad within premium, innovative and modern-approach school is a must.
