Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.
- Manage a high-performing sales team; set individual targets and KPIs.
- Identify and close new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
- Lead generation: cold calling and door opening. Exploring new business opportunities.
- Selling online, creative agency, across all of Hypebeast’s media properties to achieve annual targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities and offer 360° bespoke creative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with other departments and business units within HYPEBEAST, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business.
- Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising with a strong contact base among agencies and clients.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
- Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
- Familiar with youth culture.
