Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia. 
• Manage a high-performing sales team, including setting individual targets and KPIs. 
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and direct clients. 
• Generate leads through cold calling and door opening. 
• Explore new avenues for business. 
• Achieve annual targets by selling online and creative agency services across all of Hypebeast's media properties. 
• Develop a robust pipeline of demand opportunities and provide clients with 360° bespoke creative solutions. 
• Collaborate closely with other HYPEBEAST departments and business units, such as client services, marketing, editorial, product development, and finance. 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects. 
• Holding a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business. 
• An excellent understanding of digital advertising, with a strong network of contacts among agencies and clients. 
• A positive attitude and mindset, with the ability to be a strong team player. 
• Strong skills in communication, analysis, time management, and organization. 
• Familiarity with youth culture. 
• Candidate must be eligible to work in Indonesia.
