About the Job

We are seeking an experienced analytical, strategic, and highly motivated Head of Sales who can drive incremental revenues for Xendit Philippines. You will create, implement, and champion a holistic growth plan to attain and exceed Xendit’s ambitious growth targets. You will lead and oversee the Sales & Account Management functions, as well as a team of your own.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B Sales experience with at least 3 years Leadership experience
  • Previous exposure at a company with 100+ employees in a tech, B2B/ SaaS, or payments environment
  • Commercial expertise in at least 2-3 verticals with senior level contacts and relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of effectively managing sales organizations 
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing high-impact deals
  • Highly analytical, process oriented, and product savvy
  • In-depth understanding of sales funnel and ability to manage and optimize
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across teams, roles (e.g. interfacing regularly with C-suite executives), and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall Philippine sales performance and achievement of targets and KPIs – regularly communicate health of the business, as well as identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Set target and KPIs for the overall business, along with respective teams and individuals
  • Strategize, design, and lead sales initiatives including go-to-market execution
  • Serve as point of escalation for the entire sales organization
  • Drive Business Development and Lead Generation initiatives of enterprise accounts
  • Oversee entire sales funnel from: lead generation, deal closing, and strategic account management, especially for Enterprise merchants
  • Grow, manage, develop, and mentor Sales org across Inbound, Outbound, and AM teams
  • Partner with Regional Sales team and other internal stakeholders - Product, Partnerships, Legal & Compliance
  • Advocate for new products, builds, and enhancements that support the growth of the business
  • Implement best practices and ops procedures to ensure process efficiency and team productivity
  • Interface with cross-functional projects
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
