What We OfferMain Responsibilities
• Plan the development and realization of mid- and long term sales, customer strategy in collaboration with other internal functions to meet team targets set by the Regional Head.
• Lead EE (Electronics & Electric.) Taiwan team dedicated to sales and business development, strength market position in key electronic ODMs. Acquire strategic (key) customers in the respective market and capture new applications market development opportunities.
• Oversee commercial operations and transplant business to achieve sales targets and business growth; follow ComEx principles and manage portfolio transformation plan.
• Lead the set-up and implementation of detailed sales plan for short, mid- and long term business to ensure focused growth.
• Drive building and internal sharing of in-depth market knowledge about market size and trends, potential customers and competitors to ensure competitiveness.
• Guide the respective Sales team and manage their development and coaching to ensure further development and to promote excellence, collaboration and engagement.
• Ensure that all executed activities and programs are in line with regulatory requirements and internal/external guidelines.
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
• University degree in science/engineering/business or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial field, business steering / marketing / sales or relevant industry and leading function.
• Excellent understanding of Taiwanese electronics market and its key players, especially Notebook/Network industries.
• Substantial managerial, project management leader experience in relevant industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
