As our Head of Sales, you play a pivotal role in driving our success. You are at the forefront of our sales engine and shape the strategic direction of our growth. Together with your team, you build scalable sales structures, develop go-to-market strategies, and act as a bridge between Flip and the world’s largest enterprises. What to expectYou will …
Develop and own our overall sales strategy – from lead generation to closing – ensuring that pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and revenue targets are consistently achieved
Lead, coach, and develop the entire sales organization (Account Executives, SDRs, Solution Engineers), fostering a high-performance and supportive team culture
Build and maintain a strong global pipeline to win new customers and expand existing partnerships
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless, data-driven go-to-market strategy
Build sustainable relationships with C-level decision-makers and position Flip as a strategic partner
Leverage your sales expertise to navigate complex sales cycles and design tailored solutions for SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise customers
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance KPIs, deriving actionable initiatives for continuous improvement and presenting insights directly to management
Contribute your own strategies and ideas to actively drive our company values, vision, and growth culture

Bring several years of experience in B2B sales with international enterprise clients, ideally within a SaaS or technology organization
Have successfully led and developed sales teams, know how to motivate talent, coach performance, and establish scalable processes
Possess a deep understanding of IT landscapes and a strong sense for customer needs
Convince with closing-oriented negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and presentation abilities
Work data-driven, proactively, and with a true hands-on mentality
Are mobile, flexible, and fluent in both German and English
Experience in building and scaling international sales structures
Additional language skills
Background in startups or high-growth environments
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for SaaS products
