Responsibilities
- Expand and strengthen the partner network by identifying, onboarding, and empowering new distribution partners.
- Drive revenue growth by leading from the field, negotiating strategic deals, and closing high-impact partnerships.
- Coach and support partners through on-site collaboration to maximize sales performance.
- Translate global objectives into actionable European sales strategies focused on key accounts and long-term growth.
- Ensure partner enablement through training, CRM performance tracking (HubSpot), and data reliability.
- Gather market insights from customers and partners to guide go-to-market and product decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a European sales team of three direct reports, fostering collaboration and development.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align regional execution.
- Represent the company at key industry and partner events across Europe.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in international or channel-driven environments.
- Strong experience leading and scaling sales teams across multiple markets.
- A deep understanding of European business cultures and strong existing network across the region.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust with both customers and distribution partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Highly self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

- Fluency in one or more major European languages (German, Spanish, Italian…)
- Experience in helping an international company with their go to market strategy
- Surveying background and expertise in Mining, Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) or surveying industry
- Building up cross functional teams that collaborate with each other remotely
