Coordinates the development and implementation of new initiatives for the sales force and alternative distribution channels, to support the realization of the business strategy of the department and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates, develops and coordinates sales growth initiatives specific to existing distribution channels by improvement and optimization of the existing processes;
- Designs and coordinates new initiatives related to new processes, products or developing of the alternative sales channels;
- Coordinates the local implementation of the regional distribution strategy and is responsible for ensuring the digital transformation required by the direct sales force and alternative channels;
- Responsible for the vision and prioritization within the distribution digital product, working together with the product owner and scrum master to ensure the right implementation of digital tools for lead management, activity management, recruitment and onboarding;
- Responsible with the non-financial motivation strategy for Tied Agents, by organizing events and loyalty & activation programs (incentives, recurring meetings, etc.).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading project implementation;
- Previous experience in business related developments;
- People management;
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus;
- Previous experience/knowledge in developing alternative sales channels, especially brokers is a plus;
- Familiar with/able to build business casese for assessment of business development opportunities;
- English – advanced, both spoken and written;
- Bachelor’s degree.
