Role
Responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy across the APAC region, the Head of Sales, based in the Bangkok Corporate Office, will oversee all market segments to deliver revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning in line with Aman’s global strategy. The role focuses on developing high-value relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies, while ensuring strong regional alignment with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives.
This position will lead and inspire the regional sales team across 16 Aman properties, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and execution of sales plans across key markets, including China. The role also requires close collaboration with property teams and the global commercial function to maximize opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and deliver best-in-class luxury sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy across APAC and China, aligned with Aman’s global objectives
- Lead pricing, launch, and pre-sales strategies based on market dynamics
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle from pipeline development to contract execution and handover
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with UHNW clients, partners, and key feeder markets across the region
- Lead high-impact client engagement initiatives, including private events and investor activations
- Collaborate with development partners and senior stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
- Oversee sales operations including CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Act as a brand ambassador, leading key transactions and representing Aman at industry and client events
Requirements
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin strongly preferred (additional Asian languages advantageous)
- 10+ years’ experience in ultra-luxury real estate, branded residences, or luxury hospitality sales across APAC
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions with UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer profiles
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing regional teams
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Highly organised with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
