Due to our continuing growth in the ANZ region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our ANZ team. In this role, you will be working with an existing key customer base and the responsibility to bring new customers, engaging with senior business and key executives as a trusted advisor. By articulating the values and assets that SAP Fioneer brings to customers, showing how we can help them digitize and transform their businesses to achieve their strategic business and transformation goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key ANZ accounts by developing state/country-based sales targets, identify key sales strategies, and driving and developing a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for sales, sales management, and key accounts as well as the overall success of the ANZ business.
  • Contribute to SAP Fioneer’s strategic and business planning processes to ensure that strategies and business plans are consistent with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Drive opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle by acquiring new logos, growing new accounts, and expanding SAP Fioneer’s footprint in existing customers.
  • Build value-driven, trusted, and lasting relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Go getter attitude with the drive to create excitement around our solutions and transforming how they deliver value.
  • Build a culture focused on innovation, execution, and accountability.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales and Business development, ideally in FSI.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Computer science or relevant areas of studies.
  • A proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking and FSI industry.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of SAP’s products in the market.
  • Results-driven senior sales executive to originate, advance, and close sales opportunities.
  • Experience working with SAP Banking and Insurance Solutions is a strong asset.
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills including the ability to convey a set of complex and detailed deal elements in a compelling, engaging, and easy to understand manner suitable for C-level customers.
  • Possess the innate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, changing environment and work independently in a self-directed manner.
  • An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Work either from Sydney or Melbourne.
