Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.
After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.

❤️ The B2B team
“Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.”
The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

As for Card-Linked, our Sales team is in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing long-lasting partnerships.

Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.
Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work closely with other teams to give the best experience to our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros in contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast!
🎯 What you will do
We have three business lines at Joko: Card-linked, Online, and Gift cards. We’re hiring an experienced professional to lead the Card-linked business. It represents approximately 50% of our revenue and the team is composed of 3 salespeople and 4 account managers. The card-linked team helps retailers acquire and retain customers by offering in-store cashback offers to our 4M+ users and leveraging banking data to personalize these offers. You will report directly to the co-founder & CRO.

Ensure the management and training of a talented 7-person Sales and Account Management team.

Grow the team (x2) while maintaining a very high talent density to support our ambitious growth targets.

Define our yearly and quarterly revenue targets, monitor our progress, and make sure we optimize our cash-in revenue.

Define and own our quarterly OKRs and closely work with all teams (marketing, product, operations, data, etc.) to ensure alignment.

Participate in signing new enterprise deals with top-tier retailers (3-6 month sales cycles, 100k-2M€ yearly revenue deals).

Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our partners (CMOs in the retail and e-commerce ecosystem).

Closely work with the B2B marketing team on the B2B marketing roadmap and strategy.

Lead the organization and participate in major retail events such as One to One Monaco & Biarritz.

Be the “face” of Joko’s Card-Linked business in the ecosystem and ensure we’re seen as the best company to work with and the best sales & account management team to join.

Ensure we have all the right processes in place (revenue forecasts, CRM management, sales training, etc.) to keep growing with the right fundamentals.

Collaborate with the product team by providing partner feedback to help improve our product.

Work on the strategy and execution for new business line launches related to in-store activities.

Experience: You have 12y+ experience in Sales & Account Management, ideally in a fast-growing environment.

Management: You have a strong Sales or Account Management team's managerial experience and are able to handle senior stakeholders.

Languages: You are fluent in French and English (as our team is international), both written and spoken.

Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are strong at communicating enthusiasm and motivating business teams.

Energy: You thrive on connecting with people. Your strength lies in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.

Structured: You are structured and data-driven and know how to do project management. You love analyzing data and making informed decisions.

Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when there are.
