About the Role


Act as the senior strategic Reward (Compensation & Benefits) advisor and partner to regional leadership, influencing decisions that improve organizational performance, workforce competitiveness and talent outcomes while ensuring adoption of global reward frameworks and reward transformation outcomes across diverse markets. 


Key Accountabilities


  • Influence regional leadership decisions through data-driven Reward, workforce and market insights.
  • Align reward investment with business priorities, talent needs and workforce competitiveness across diverse markets.
  • Shape Region reward strategies that support attraction, retention, performance differentiation and affordability. Drive consistency of Reward governance, decision quality and adoption of enterprise frameworks across the region.
  • Champion global standards while applying informed judgement on regional markets, regulatory and workforce realities. Apply market intelligence across diverse markets to improve reward competitiveness and decision quality.
  • Lead transformation adoption of new Reward and Performance approaches, simplification and standardization agenda by reducing legacy complexity, building leaders’ capability across the region,

What you will bring


  • Fluency in English
  • min 7 years of experience in the field of Reward
  • Significant multi-country Reward leadership experience
  • Ability to navigate market volatility, regulatory and workforce complexity, strong commercial understanding
  • Experience influencing senior leaders
  • Ability to balance global standards with local market requirements
  • Strong Analytical skills and experience leading change
