Role Purpose

The Head of Resource Management owns Keyloop's global PS resourcing engine, ensuring the right people are available for the right work at the right time. This role maximises billable utilisation, protects delivery quality, and enables PS to scale revenue without proportional headcount growth.

This is a data-driven, operationally critical role sitting at the intersection of delivery, commercial performance, and workforce strategy. You will work with Regional Delivery Managers, Domain Leads and the Head of Projects to align capacity with demand, surface resourcing risks early, and optimise deployment across regions and delivery channels (in-geography teams, GDCs, and co-delivery partners).

Key Responsibilities

    Resource Planning & Utilisation Management

    • Own global PS demand forecasting and capacity planning across all regions, service lines, and delivery channels (in-geography, GDC, co-delivery partners).

    • Drive billable utilisation to require targets, identifying underperformance early and working with Regional Delivery Managers on corrective action.

    • Maintain real-time visibility of capacity and skills inventory. Lead weekly/monthly resource planning reviews to align capacity with demand.

    • Optimise resource cost mix to support margin performance - right people, right seniority, right cost level for each engagement.

    • Order Management & Resource Allocation

    • Own end-to-end order management from engagement confirmation to resource allocation within defined SLAs (Time to Schedule, Time to Start).

    • Manage resource conflicts and prioritisation decisions with transparent governance. Proactively manage bench through redeployment and cross-skilling.

    AI-Enabled Operations & Team Leadership

    • Embed AI into daily workflows: AI-assisted resource matching, automated scheduling, predictive demand signals, and utilisation risk alerts.

    • Own RM tooling stack and data quality standards. Automate RM overhead to free team for decision-making vs data collection.

    • Drive continuous improvement culture with structured reviews and rapid iteration on what isn't working.

Skills & Experience

    Essential:

    • 15+ years’ experience across project and resource management. Experience could come from professional services, BPO/ITO, product on similar industries where candidate can evidence the appropriate relevant experience and transferable skills.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.

    • Data-driven approach: designs forecasting models, builds reporting infrastructure, manages by insight not intuition.

    • Experience managing resource or other type of allocation across in-geography, GDC, and partner delivery channels.

    • Experience implementing or improving processes, tooling and automation.

    • Demonstrable appetite to drive AI adoption (where appropriate) as well as a desired to challenge self and team to continuously increase value add.

    Desirable:

    • Experience in automotive, technology, or professional services sectors.

    • Certifications in risk management, compliance, or project management.

    • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
