Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of Accounts of the Regional Inside Account Team is responsible for overseeing a team of Regional Inside Account Managers (RIAMs) who manage relationships with 30-40 retail owners each within designated regions. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring effective account management, and fostering strong relationships between Boost Mobile and its retail partners. The Manager provides strategic direction, supports the professional development of the RIAM team, and collaborates with other departments to ensure overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Regional Inside Account Management (RIAM) team, providing tools, resources, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee RIAM sales performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with leadership to align strategies with Boost Mobile's sales goals.
- Ensure effective retail account management, serving as an escalation point for critical issues and maintaining strong relationships with retailers.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support to provide necessary resources and promote smooth cross-departmental communication.
- Foster retailer relationships, support growth, and address both top-performing and underperforming retailers.
- Develop performance reports for senior management, using data to inform strategies and improve sales performance.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or retail management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- 10+ years of management and leadership experience, demonstrating a proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational success
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of driving performance and results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
