Job Overview
We’re building a next-generation insurance platform that doesn’t just sell leads, but gives consumers real, bindable rates. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can own this rated journey end-to-end. You’ll drive carrier partnerships, manage performance of our rate displays, and optimize yield between rated flows and traditional leads/calls. Essentially, you’ll run a mini business within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships.
- Oversee performance: Track how rates convert and price them accordingly.
- Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization.
- Work on yield optimization—developing algorithms to maximize profit across different flows.
- Test and scale new media sources into the rated experience funnel.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got experience in insurance distribution—ideally a mix of digital lead/call models and rated experiences.
- You think like a GM: You love owning a P&L, building partnerships, and optimizing margins.
- You’re comfortable working cross-functionally—whether it’s biz dev, product, or media.
- You have a knack for turning data into action—whether that’s in pricing, customer journey, or yield.
