Role Summary:
Contribute to develop Alfa Laval Quality Strategy/Policies. Coordinate and develop Quality activities/projects, building Quality mindset and competences in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy/Policies. Contribute and drive the organization to maintain and develop Quality management systems according to relevant standards, to assess/maintain compliance with Quality legislation and Alfa Laval Quality Policies and Strategies.
Qingdao and Kunshan will be preferred, but other base location in China can be considered
Key tasks:
- Drive, promote and coordinate Quality activities/projects and standardization and spread best practices.
- Develop Quality management systems, with focus on auditing. process, KPIs management, training/competences development, SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities.
- As part of management, support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability.
- Guarantee customer requirements (if defined) are completely fulfilled.
- Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, to prevent and limit the impacts coming from our activities in the environment and in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.
- To seek the improvement of product quality with team spirit, organize all departments and production backbone of the company to carry out quality management activities, improve the quality management awareness of all staff, and promote the quality management work to a new level.
