Leads quality assurance activities across inspection, calibration, product audits, laboratory and new product development processes. Approves samples and quality plans, manages nonconforming materials and products, verifies corrective and preventive actions, analyzes customer complaints, and ensures KPI achievement. Oversees product safety, STA activities, inspection processes, leak testing, assembly, machining, and closure of nonconformances.
