Leads production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, on-time delivery, cost reduction, process-time reduction, safety, and product aesthetics. Oversees assembly innovation, Poka-Yoke implementation, AMR and kitting concepts, process walks, end-of-line testing, and problem-solving projects. Manages more than 100 operators and requires mechanical engineering experience in assembly and testing, preferably within an OEM environment.
