About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Product to lead the development, commercialisation, and growth of our product portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping compelling customer value propositions, developing effective monetisation and pricing strategies, and driving successful go-to-market execution.
As the commercial owner of the product portfolio, the Head of Product will ensure that products are strategically aligned, commercially viable, and positioned to deliver sustainable revenue growth. The role will lead portfolio prioritisation and product governance, ensuring the organisation remains focused on high-impact opportunities and avoids unnecessary complexity.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to our Product Management team, fostering a customer-centric and commercially focused culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum experience:
- 8+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Development, or related fields.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role with accountability for commercial performance.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios and product lifecycles.
- Experience in pricing, proposition development, and product monetisation.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
