About Sensorum
Sensorum Health is a seed-stage, NYC-based healthtech company backed by Google Ventures and Operator Partners. We are building an AI-powered sensor network to help seniors affected by chronic disease live healthy lives at home. We deploy fully-passive sensor technology, state-of-the-art AI, and healthcare services in the home to keep our patients out of the hospital.

About the Role
As our Head of Product, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for spearheading our highest-level initiatives to enhance the value we deliver to our customers. As a startup, we have more ideas than we could possibly execute on. We need a critical thinker and leader to refine, prioritize (or throw out), and execute on these ideas. These projects span all parts of our org, require deep understanding of our customers, and are not fully defined.
You will be setting the vision for how we tie together our technical platform, AI, and clinical services. You will drive our iteration on the next generation of our passive monitoring sensor network, our nurse-in-the-loop detection and triage system, and our data systems to quantitatively measure our impact on our patients and our customers. You will be the expert at answering the “Why?” and linking everyone at Sensorum’s work streams to the bigger picture.
On a daily basis, you will directly work with Sensorum’s Technology, Business Development, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure they are set up for success. Externally, you will interface with our partners to ensure our systems and services are seamlessly integrated.
As Sensorum grows, you will be tasked with building out our Product team.
Must-Haves Include
- 5+ years of experience as a Product lead on Healthcare Products
- 2+ years as in a Product Director+ role, with a track record of successful Healthcare Product rollouts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to dive deep into multi-faceted Healthcare Products
- Strong quantitative skills with experience developing methodologies to measure, track, and communicate the value delivered by Healthcare Products
- Graduation with a scientific, technical, or quantitative degree from a top-tier university
Nice to Haves Include
- 4+ years of experience working on a value based Healthcare Data Product
- 4+ years of experience at a Series Seed to Series C startup
- Experience developing AI-driven Healthcare Products
- Experience developing hardware-enabled Technology platforms
- A strong academic publication record on Healthcare research
