Own day-to-day product delivery for the Technology team, including backlog management, user research, requirements, agile engineering execution, acceptance testing, pilots, integrations, and operational rollouts. Partner with clinical, enrollment, field, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver workflows and technical initiatives. Coordinate project plans, testing, training, documentation, issue resolution, and performance measurement while supporting healthcare technology products.

Lead and scale Sensorum's clinical operations: recruit and develop clinical teams, design training and QA, build clinical protocols and decision-support, partner with product/engineering, and support customer implementations to ensure high-quality, scalable care delivery.

Build and maintain scalable healthcare software, including platform services, data pipelines, internal operations tools, clinician applications, and sensor integrations. Improve system performance, testing, observability, and workflow efficiency while collaborating with product, operations, and engineering teams. The role includes supporting BLE devices, troubleshooting hardware-software issues, and analyzing data to inform clinical decisions.
