The Role

What you can expect

Zoom is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Management Leader who will drive the evolution of Zoom Team Chat into an AI-first collaboration hub. This leader's strategy will effectively combine Zoom's strengths and address customer needs to create a differentiated product. As Head of Product, you must be passionate about user experience, technically fluent, and skilled at aligning cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to operate with urgency, deeply listen to customers, and respond rapidly to evolving user needs and product signals.

About the Team

Your team will drive innovation for Zoom Team Chat, transforming workplace collaboration through AI-first solutions that build on Zoom strengths. We're a fast-moving, customer-obsessed group that combines technical expertise with design thinking to create exceptional user experiences. We champion rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions, build AI-first features that enhance team productivity, and collaborate globally with engineering and design partners to deliver solutions at legendary Zoom speed. Above all, we're passionate about creating seamless communication and collaboration experiences that help teams work better together.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Team Chat

  • Translating AI Companion's capabilities into chat-native use cases

  • Integrating with Zoom Workplace with a platform-first mindset

  • Driving cross-platform consistency (desktop, mobile, web, VDI, in-meeting side panel)

  • Driving strategy and outcomes for customer migrations including 3P integrations, workflow

  • automations and migration tools

  • Tracking engagement, adoption, and migration KPIs

  • Leading a global PM team and partnering with design + engineering partnership

  • Championing speed, customer obsession, and data-driven iteration

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience; 3+ years owning a large-scale messaging or collaboration product

  • Have proven experience shipping AI/ML-powered productivity features

  • Have success migrating or winning users from entrenched competitors

  • Can influence execs and excite engineers/designers across time zones

  • Bias for rapid experimentation; thrives in a high-velocity, customer obsessed, product focused culture

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$194,900.00

Maximum:

$426,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
