In this role, you will:

  • Drive customer-focused media storytelling that demonstrates how organizations benefit from partnering with JetBrains.

  • Collaborate closely with global PR and Communications, B2B marketing, product marketing, and business development teams to align messaging and identify storytelling opportunities.

  • Work with regional PR teams and local agencies to amplify product, partner, and customer narratives across key markets.

  • Translate complex technical topics into clear and engaging messaging, tailored to different external audiences.

  • Ensure all communications align with JetBrains’ brand voice and tone, maintaining consistency across markets.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have:
  • 10+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, particularly managing product launches and customer storytelling.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; native-level proficiency in English.

  • A degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of software development, the AI landscape, and emerging technology trends.

  • Proven experience building and executing communications strategies around product launches, partnerships, and customer success.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex information into compelling, audience-appropriate narratives.

  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams and managing external PR agencies in partnership with the PR and Communications Director in EMEA and in the US.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and comfortable working with senior leaders.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
