About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Head of Product Marketing who wants to build, not maintain. This role sits at the center of product, sales, and marketing at Embrace, with ownership across our Web and Mobile RUM products. At Embrace, we're the only user-focused observability solution built on OpenTelemetry, providing frontend teams with the insights they need to understand real customer impact across 100M+ devices and growing.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product marketing for our Web and Mobile RUM products, from positioning through launch and ongoing adoption
  • Build and evolve go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and integrations in partnership with Product and Engineering
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including messaging, enablement, campaigns, and post-launch performance tracking
  • Create sales enablement assets that help reps win, including pitch decks, battlecards, demos, competitive talk tracks, and pricing narratives
  • Partner closely with EPD to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape across observability, RUM, performance monitoring, and adjacent platforms
  • Develop customer-facing narratives through case studies, proof points, and customer marketing programs that support expansion and retention
  • Be the voice of the customer by running market research, customer interviews, win-loss analysis, and persona development
  • Craft clear, benefits-driven messaging that is technically credible and resonates with both technical and business buyers

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably within observability, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortability writing and speaking with people to help them solve their issues
  • Proven track record of building sales enablement that materially improves deal outcomes
  • Strong competitive instincts and experience positioning against well-known vendors
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Data-informed decision maker who uses customer and pipeline insights to guide priorities
  • High ownership, low ego, and a genuine interest in helping teammates and customers succeed
  • Willingness to travel for both customer-facing activities (technical workshops, integration support, relationship building) and quarterly internal team collaboration gatherings

The cash compensation for this role is in the $160K-$180K range. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity and other benefits as detailed on our careers page.

What We Do

Embrace is the only observability and data platform built for mobile. Companies, including GOAT, Hilton, P&G, Owlet, and Home Depot, partner with Embrace to observe, proactively analyze, and access the unique datasets of phones, tablets, point-of-sale systems, IoT, cars, and other devices. Their entire teams, whether engineering, marketing, or business intelligence, use Embrace to create and optimize the experiences of their end-consumers and workforces. Mobile is a unique challenge for mobile teams, who must now think in terms of millions of autonomous devices with an infinite variation of user and environmental variables. Embrace unlocks the value by consuming 100% of the user-behavioral and technical time-based session data. Teams now have real-time observability for product and engineering and automated analysis of now usable and transformed datasets for marketing and BI.
