About the Role

Dandy is hiring an outstanding Product Marketing leader to join our growing, venture-backed company. The right candidate is excited to harness the power of marketing to tell Dandy’s story in a compelling way, and bring new innovations to market to modernize an antiquated industry ripe for disruption.

Product Marketing plays a vital role at Dandy, serving as the glue that connects our broader vision to the strategies, offers, and tactics required to deliver commercial results. The Product Marketing leader will oversee the full Product Marketing team, which currently includes seven product marketers, with an additional role planned for 2025. What You'll Do

  • Obsess over customers, digging deep to understand customer needs and pain points, and ensuring our solutions are tailored to driving tangible for our customers

  • Uplevel our storytelling and narratives, ensuring our brand becomes known for the customer-centric innovations we pioneer

  • Anticipate market changes, tailwinds, and headwinds, ensuring Dandy is innovating to serve evolving customer needs

  • Own and leverage the full spectrum of tools to drive market impact, from market & customer insights, to value props and messaging, to pricing and packaging strategy, and beyond

  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity like a B2B marketer, but activate with the creativity and speed of a B2C marketer

  • Partner with the executive leadership team and our BD function to identify and drive strategic growth vectors

  • Further evolve the connective tissue between Product and the broader GTM, integrating PMM and Product teams early on, ensuring solutions maximize customer value, and ensuring success of major launches across GTM teams

  • Develop, grow, and retain a strong and influential Product Marketing team

  • Shape a culture where complex ideas become simple, teams operate with commercial impact in mind, and every initiative ties back to revenue impact

You Are

  • An experienced leader with 12+ years overall and 6+ years in product marketing, preferably with a track record of both launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them for maximum impact

  • Customer-obsessed and commercially minded, always balancing customer needs with business outcomes

  • An operator at heart who keeps teams focused and moving quickly without sacrificing creativity or results

  • A leader with deep customer intuition who is comfortable placing informed bets, connecting insights to broader opportunities, and aligning teams to bring them to life

  • Humble and low-ego, building credibility from the bottom up

  • Both creative and analytical - adept at telling compelling stories and tracking the data on how those messages are resonating to evolve our marketing efforts

  • Energized by both strategy and execution, with no hesitation to roll up your sleeves

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge
