About the Position
The Head of Product, Growth & New Solutions is responsible for scoping and building a card-linked/loyalty offering to publishers outside of Cardlytics' core banking vertical. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll identify markets, architect solutions, and drive execution.
Responsibilities:

Partner with the Head of Partnerships, Product and Engineering counterparts in order to develop solutions utilizing our technology, transaction data and offer content in order to identify how partners can best leverage our assets for their customers.

Drive opportunity sizing for those deals, defining milestones and aggressive timeline for those partnerships to scale.

Document requirements for MVP and subsequent product evolution and work hand in hand with our engineering team to design and build those product solutions.

Build and foster relationships with publisher counterparts in order to keep the relationship thriving and growing with the launch of new product solutions.
Requirements:
-
The candidate has a driven, hands on mindset and successfully conceptualized and built 0 to 1 businesses in the past.

The ideal candidate must possess great attention to detail, with a strong proficiency in UX and design.

The candidate has experience building products not just with internal stakeholders but with external partners.

10+ years of senior product leadership experience in ad tech and/or fintech. Experience with data pipeline and transaction data ingestion is a plus.

Establish key performance metrics, track and execute on them.

Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the team that aligns with organizational goals.

Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.

Be the voice of our partners, driving proactive cross-functional alignment and collaboration internally with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and Legal leadership to align on strategic initiatives and drive successful project execution that meet and exceed organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
Range: $240,000 - $290,000
