What You'll Do
- Establish and lead the Product and Business Analysis organization - hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team.
- Design and enforce a company-wide, end-to-end requirements lifecycle - from intake and discovery through BRD, Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Own backlog governance and drive quality standards across all product and project teams.
- Act as the lead product owner across Agile teams, defining backlog priorities, sprint goals, and product readiness.
- Align platform strategy with project-specific delivery to reduce rework and maximize reusability.
- Partner with Engineering and PMO to deliver predictability, transparency, and velocity across all workstreams.
- Serve as the primary product authority to executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of roadmap, scope, and delivery expectations.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of leadership in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Operations in a SaaS or enterprise platform environment.
- 5+ years managing cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile delivery model.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with ownership of backlog health and sprint readiness.
- Demonstrated success in implementing requirements governance frameworks across multiple teams or business units.
- Proven ability to translate BRDs into Epics, Features, and Stories, and enforce “Definition of Ready” at scale.
- Experience working across core product and customer-customized delivery environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence executives and facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Background in regulated industries, multi-tenant platforms, or formal Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe).
