Interview Process
- Recruiter Screen: A conversation with our recruiting team to cover your background, the role, and mutual fit.
- Take Home Project
- Technical Discussion & Submission Debrief
- Virtual Interview Rounds: Focused discussion with the hiring manager & deeper conversations with executives. Expect 2-3 rounds.
- In-Person Interview: A final on-site visit at one of our offices.
- Reference Checks: Conducted in parallel with the final stages.
- Offer: We move quickly for the right candidate.

- 5+ years building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations
- Demonstrated track record of using AI to redesign people processes
- Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools
- STEM degree or equivalent practical experience
