The Head of People Insights & GenAI will be a pivotal member of the newly established People Insights & GenAI team. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the integration of AI and data science into HR processes, leading strategic HR projects, and generating actionable insights to elevate HR through data-driven decision-making. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including IT, to ensure the successful implementation of AI initiatives and the ethical use of AI in HR practices.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership:

Lead strategic HR projects that leverage data insights to address organizational challenges and opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Develop and implement a GenAI strategy for HR, including identifying and evaluating new AI applications and tools.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in AI and data analytics.
Operational Excellence:

Oversee the analysis of HR data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and inform decision-making.

Leverage GenAI technologies to automate and enhance HR processes in the shared services, total rewards, and talent spaces.

Monitor and report on the progress of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Ensure the ethical use of AI in HR practices, maintaining data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance:

Collaborate with various departments, including IT, to ensure the successful implementation of AI initiatives.

Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures for HR systems.
Leadership and Development:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR leadership, IT, and business leaders.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the People Insights & GenAI team.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering their development, providing opportunities for growth, and conducting performance evaluations.
Ideal requirements of the job include:

Strong understanding of AI and data science principles, with a focus on HR applications.

Proven experience in people analytics with a strong track record of driving business impact through leadership, project management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Experience in leading AI projects from concept to implementation.

Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills.

Ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field, with 16+ years of relevant experience, or 14+ years with a Master’s degree.

Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., OneModel).

Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and industry trends.

The salary range for this role is $155,200-$243,067. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
