Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Lead
Location: Telford Head Office (On-site, some travel required)

Salary: Competitive | Full-Time, Permanent

Lyreco, a global leader in workplace solutions, is looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Specialist to lead our internal communications, engagement initiatives, and employee experience across the UK & ROI.

This is your chance to shape how our people experience Lyreco — from campaigns and surveys to events, social networks, and multimedia content — all while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead internal campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and the WISE platform activities.
  • Manage surveys, including our Global People Survey (GPS), analyse results, and support ‘You said, we listened’ follow-ups.
  • Drive awareness campaigns.
  • Create and manage engaging content for intranet, newsletters, bulletins, email campaigns, videos, podcasts, and social groups.
  • Work with Marketing/Group People Engagement teams to support employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Organise and support internal events, town halls, awards, conventions, and cultural celebrations.
  • Oversee internal communication channels: Viva Engage, SharePoint, TV screens, notice boards, and digital guides.
  • Support crisis communications, business continuity messaging, and senior leadership updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent demonstrable experience in internal communications or employee engagement, with experience working with senior leaders.
  • Strong copywriting, scriptwriting, and content creation skills across digital and print channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, Stripo, PageTiger, Clipchamp, and video editing.
  • Event organisation experience and the ability to deliver creative, cost-effective campaigns.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing, Internal Communications, PR, or related field.
  • Membership of IOIC is desirable.
