Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Operations to build and manage structured operational processes for engaging vendors. The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing vendor engagement frameworks, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven vendor operations that support the company’s business objectives.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement structured operational frameworks for vendor engagement.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors in line with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication and day-to-day interactions with vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to agreed service levels, timelines, and contractual terms.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align vendor operations with business needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and operational effectiveness.
     



Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in vendor management, operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Good understanding of operational structures and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities effectively
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
