We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for the real estate development projects. This role is responsible for building the brand from the ground up, driving lead generation, and managing all aspects of marketing communications. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate marketing, a strong network of agency partners, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy covering digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, project launches, exhibitions, and client activations.
  • Oversee regular market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Oversee PR strategy, including media relations, press releases, and brand reputation management.
  • Build the brand identity, positioning, and voice in alignment with the company’s vision and target audience.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for new developments and project launches.

Team & Process Development

  • Build the marketing department from scratch — recruit, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set up and manage internal processes, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns.

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Lead negotiation and placement of media buys across online and offline channels (OOH, print, radio, digital).
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and website development.
  • Organize events, exhibitions, and activations to increase brand visibility and client engagement.

Product Marketing & Analytics

  • Collaborate with development and design teams on product positioning, messaging, and unique selling points.
  • Analyze customer data and product feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve project offerings.
  • Conduct product lifecycle analysis and recommend improvements to meet market demand.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in the real estate sector in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build teams and marketing functions from scratch.
  • Strong digital marketing, branding, and campaign management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.

 



Skills Required
