Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This company is a recognized leader in the health and wellness CPG space, having achieved remarkable year-over-year growth and significant market expansion in recent years.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for a data-driven marketing leader who excels in a fast-paced, e-commerce-first environment. The ideal candidate will own the entire marketing function, developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with their business objectives.
Lead all performance marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on paid social, search (PPC), and Amazon advertising.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI and reporting on key performance metrics.
Own and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints, from acquisition to conversion and loyalty.
Oversee content strategy, including email marketing, social media, and blog content, to build brand authority and engagement.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful product launches.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Must be located in Latin America (LATAM).
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the DTC e-commerce or CPG sectors.
Demonstrable expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
Qualifications
A data-centric mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing data.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of taking products to market and driving revenue growth.
