We’re looking for a strategic marketing leader who can build a high-performing marketing engine that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while strengthening our brand across the UK & Ireland. This role blends strategy, leadership, and execution — perfect for someone who loves making marketing happen.
As Head of Marketing, you will:
- Lead Marketing Strategy: define brand vision, drive acquisition/retention, inspire creative thinking
- Deliver Measurable Results: optimise campaigns, digital performance, insights and analytics
- Build and Develop the Team: coaching, accountability, culture of learning
- Partner Across the Business: Sales, People, CSR, and leadership to ensure marketing impact is visible
We are looking for a confident, collaborative influencer, who is comfortable operating at pace, partnering with senior leadership, and working with an experienced team to take marketing to the next level.
About You
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with proven senior leadership success (client or agency side will be considered)
- Strong expertise in brand, campaigns, digital strategy, and demand generation
- Experienced with CRM systems, analytics, and martech platforms
- Able to translate insights into commercial action
- Confident, collaborative, and results-driven leader who enjoys developing teams and building strong partnerships
