Our mission is to change how money can work for you. We're building the one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn, giving power back to investors. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and we've since crossed 1,000,000 users. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance, and ease of use.

About the role
  • Build a scalable and predictable growth engine

  • Own the growth-related product roadmap (onboarding, activation, conversion, trust, growth loops)

  • Scale acquisition while ensuring growth is driven by product leverage, not just spend

  • Elevate Finary into the #1 premium wealth brand in France

  • Shape the international growth and marketing playbook

  • Build and lead a world-class growth team across product and marketing

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, Mounir.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You
  • Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO role in a B2C startup

  • Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition

  • Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels

  • Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis

  • Combine strategic clarity with a hands-on execution mindset

  • Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent

  • Bring an AI-first mindset to experimentation and productivity

  • Have experience in fintech or trust-heavy products

  • Invest your own money and deeply resonate with Finary’s mission

  • Were a founder or early employee in a fast-scaling startup

Skills Required

  • Held a Head of Growth/Marketing, VP Growth/Marketing, or CMO role at a B2C startup

  • Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users
