Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Leader ready to architect and drive the next chapter of Scaler’s growth. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who thrives at the intersection of content, brand, and demand generation — someone who can build a powerful digital presence from the ground up.
You’ll be the go-to expert guiding how we communicate, connect, and grow — shaping the way real estate decision-makers discover, trust, and engage with Scaler. You won’t be managing a team, but you’ll lead the charge — working directly with sales, product, and leadership to bring ideas to life, influence go-to-market strategy, and build a foundation for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Craft and execute a bold marketing strategy that drives inbound interest and amplifies Scaler’s voice across digital channels.
Grow our website and LinkedIn audiences by delivering valuable, relevant content and campaigns.
Optimize organic channels such as social, newsletters, webinars — to increase visibility and attract qualified leads.
Launch compelling campaigns and creative initiatives that drive conversions and showcase our value.
Build a strong brand narrative through storytelling, case studies, and sharp positioning.
Lead webinars and virtual events that spark engagement and generate pipeline.
Track performance and use insights to continuously improve tactics and messaging.
Partner with sales, product, and engineering to align marketing with company-wide priorities.
Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Scaler stands out — and stays aheadg.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
A track record of owning and scaling a marketing function from early stages.
Experience running digital events, such as webinars, with measurable outcomes.
Deep knowledge of organic marketing levers: SEO, content strategy, social, and newsletters.
Highly organized, self-directed, and driven by meaningful results — not vanity metrics.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with lots of autonomy.
