Role Purpose:
In this role you will lead internal and external marketing and communications for Nordics and BeNeLux (Northern Region), supporting business growth across high net worth, consumer, middle market, and corporate segments. Collaborate with management, underwriters, and business development, and partner with teams across EMEA and globally.
Reporting:
This role reports to Marketing & Communications Director, EMEA, and matrix to Regional Executive Officer, Northern Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications:
- Deliver news and business strategy to employees using relevant channels
- Support change initiatives, embed Chubb culture, and drive engagement
- Manage Nordic and Benelux intranet sections
- Implement regional and global internal communication programs
- External Communications:
- Coordinate media activity and external announcements
- Manage content updates for chubb.com country sites
- Advise management teams on communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage broker and client communications
- Oversee events and industry presence
- Brand:
- Ensure brand guideline compliance
- Maintain marketing assets on Digital Asset Management Platform
- Budget Management:
- Manage marketing and communications budget
- Work with procurement and legal on supplier contracts
- Leadership:
- Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing and communications team
Qualifications:
- Confident self-starter, able to work independently and in teams
- Experience in international matrix environments
- Strong project management and flexibility under pressure
- Proven leadership in marketing and communications
- High business acumen and quick learner
- Skilled in stakeholder management and decision guidance
Marketing Experience:
- Extensive corporate marketing communications, ideally in financial services
- Ability to develop marketing plans and lead campaigns
- Experience in online/offline strategies, data-driven marketing, and technology platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, Microsoft Office/Teams/Dynamics, Frontify, Swoogo)
- Strong content marketing and social media skills
- Brand guideline application and design sense
Communications Experience:
- Managing internal/external communications and company intranet/extranet
- Providing counsel to senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
Degree in marketing, business administration, or public relations
Languages:
Native Swedish or Danish and fluent English; other languages desirable
