Job Description
is seeking a dynamic and experienced to lead our research teams across Central & Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic insights into the commercial real estate market, guiding investment decisions, and supporting our clients with data-driven analysis.
- Develop and execute both short- and long-term market insight plans and programs, to support client engagement and business objectives.
- Lead the market research team across multiple CEE countries, ensuring consistent and high-quality output, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Continuously analyse a broad range of industry and macroeconomic trends for their impact on the commercial real estate sector.
- Working with marketing colleagues, gather and analyse research and insights related metrics to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Actively participate in industry conferences, events and client meetings as required.
- Report research and insights results periodically to senior leadership.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in people and project management, with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in market research or a similar role, ideally within the commercial real estate sector is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic fundamentals and their application in market analysis, plus the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage available resources.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level in a related/relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a market research leadership role within the real estate or professional services sector.
