Your impact:
As the Head of Market Access, you will:

• Be responsible for securing patient access to our portfolio of products across Denmark.

• Define and lead the market access strategy in alignment with Roche’s global vision.

• Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including health authorities, payers, policymakers, and advocacy groups, to shape a sustainable and patient-centered access environment.

• Provide strategic leadership to an experienced team, empowering them to deliver impactful solutions and maintain Roche’s reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare.

• Drive access innovation to support Roche’s diverse and growing portfolio, ensuring patients benefit from the latest scientific breakthroughs.

• Be a key member of the Enabling Team (local leadership team), contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of Roche Pharmaceuticals in Denmark.

• Report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in cross-functional collaboration and organizational leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Market Access, Healthcare, or Health Policy.

• Advanced degree or Master’s in a related healthcare field strongly preferred.

• Cross-functional experience across areas such as field sales, finance, regulatory, R&D, HEOR, business development, or other relevant functions.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.

• In-depth knowledge of the Danish access framework, including reimbursement and pricing landscapes for pharmaceutical products.
