Head of Luxury

We are looking for a Head of Luxury & Fashion  to be employed in our creative agency in Milan.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and business development, an established network and the ability to strategically lead the dedicated unit’s growth and positioning.Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Luxury & Fashion Unit strategy, ensuring its growth and market positioning.
• Drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 specialists (strategic planners, creatives, account managers), ensuring operational efficiency and professional development.
• Promote the unit in the market through networking, industry events, and public relations.
• Oversee the execution of integrated communication projects, with a strong focus on video production, digital content, and traditional campaigns.
• Ensure the strategic and creative quality of projects, aligning with the needs of luxury and fashion brands.
• Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the agency in relevant industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the luxury and fashion industry, with a background in creative agencies, luxury brands, or related fields.
• Strong network and industry recognition.
• Deep knowledge of communication, video production, advertising, and digital strategies.
• Strong business development and commercial management skills.
• People management experience, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• International experience in the luxury/fashion industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
• Background in marketing, branding, or strategic communication.
