Overview
As the Head of Liquidity Solutions US, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge liquidity solutions for our Corporate and Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) clients headquartered in the US and EMEA. You will collaborate closely with the Cash Solution Sales teams, playing a pivotal role in advancing our clients' Treasury Agenda. By streamlining and optimizing global liquidity streams and advising on working capital and internal funding optimization, you will become an essential driver of our clients' success. What You’ll Do
- Lead liquidity solution initiatives to optimize global cash flow and interest through advanced methods such as Cash Pooling, MCCC, and Cross Border Virtual Accounts
- Advise clients on optimizing working capital and internal funding, driving treasury centralization, and supporting M&A situations
- Conduct data-driven analysis to benchmark treasury setups and optimize cash usage
- Prepare and conduct whiteboarding sessions focused on efficient treasury setups from liquidity, payment flow, and risk perspectives
- Collaborate strategically with Cash Solution Sales and relevant product specialists to innovate client solutions
- Partner closely with the Liquidity Product team to drive product ideation and solution design
How You’ll Lead
- Engage with Cash Solution Sales & Coverage teams to enhance client solutions and processes
- Build strong partnerships with the Liquidity Product team for innovation and solution design
- Collaborate with Treasury Transformation teams to drive end-to-end process improvements for clients
Skills You’ll Need
- Proven experience in developing and implementing liquidity solutions for corporate clients
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize global liquidity streams and working capital
- Expertise in treasury centralization and advisory for shared service centers and M&A
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $299,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
